Session Policies

SESSION ETIQUETTE

Kindly be advised that the session will terminate automatically in the event of any auditory impairment or external disruptions, absence of a tranquil and suitable surrounding, or the unauthorized presence of an additional party. Our top priority is to maintain the sanctity and safety of this environment. Please be advised that all charges incurred for the session are non-reimbursable.

LATE SESSIONS

We kindly request that you log in to your scheduled online sessions a minimum of 5 minutes prior to the appointed time. Please note that a grace period of five (5) minutes will be allowed in case of tardiness. However, if the grace period expires, the session will be terminated and a late fee will be incurred. In such an event, you will be required to reschedule the session.

Please note the session will automatically END if, you're unable to hear or distractions, occur, you are not in a quiet or conducive environment or another individual attends without consent from both parties. We want to keep the space in integrity and safety.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Kindly be informed that a notification of cancellation must be submitted via email (thecultureofintercession@gmail.com) within 24 hours prior to the scheduled session,failing which a cancellation fee of $15 may be levied.

We would like to remind you that all fees associated with the session commitment are non-refundable.

SESSION CONFIDENTIALITY

CONFIDENTIALITY NON DISCLOSURE

The Culture Of Intercession ("TCOI") shall not at any time during or after the service period, disclose,release or utilize for personal or third-party benefit, any documentation, information or knowledge related to the operation or business of the ministry or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, acquired or made available during the term of their service. Additionally, TCOI and the services provided therein agree to the following terms: (a) Confidential Information will encompass all non-public information, written or verbal, disclosed directly or indirectly, through any means of communication or observation by the Service Recipient or any of its affiliates or representatives for the benefit of the Service Provider. (b) Confidential information does not include information that is public knowledge. (c) The Culture of Intercession shall not copy or modify any Confidential Information without prior written consent of the consumer/mentee. (d) Upon termination of this Agreement (whether voluntarily or involuntarily) or upon request of the Service Recipient, The Culture of Intercession will immediately return to TCOI any and all property in their possession or under their control or care, including but not limited to proprietary information, customer names and lists, trade secrets, intellectual property, written documents, plans, recordings, software, accounting or financial information, and/or any other confidential material. The Culture of Intercession will provide a secure environment for all consumers/mentees and uphold the integrity of its service.
